Darood Tanjeena or Tunajjina is recited to ask Allah (SWT) to cure problems, distress, and hardships. It is also used to fix the illness, long sickness and other health issues. At different life events, Muslims read Darood Tanjeena with Urdu translation to heal difficulties and home problems and request Allah for a better livelihood. One can do Wazifa of this beautiful Dua for financial growth - and if Allah wills, things will be changing dramatically.
There are several Wazifa of Darood Tanjeena suggested by Islamic jurists. Some believe that reading it 1000 times can solve the problem. Also, few scholars told us that reciting it 70 times a day can set you all daily life affairs. In short, memorize it and habitually read it every day, especially after Namaz (salah).

اَللّٰھُمَّ صَلِّ عَلیٰ سَیِّدِنَا مُحَمَّدٍ
وَّﻋَﻠٓﻰٰ اٰلِ سَيِّدِنَا مُحَمَّدٍ
ﺻَﻠٰﻮةً تُنجِيْنَا ﺑِﻬَﺎ ﻣِﻦْ جَمِيْعِ اﻟْﺎَهْوَالِ
وَالْاٰفَاتِ وَتَقْضِىْ لَنَا بِهَا جَمِيْعَ الْحَاجَاتِ
وَ تُطَهِّرُنَا بِهَا مِنْ جَمِيْعِ السَّيِّئٰاتِ
وَتَرْفَعُنَا بِهَا عِنْدَكَ اَعْلَى الدَّرَجَاتِ
وَ تُبَلِّغُنَا بِهَآ اَقْصَى الْغَايَاتِ
مِنْ جَمِيْعِ الْخَيْرٰاتِ فِى الْحَيٰوةِ وَبَعْدَاَلْمَمَاتِ
إِنَّكَ مُجِيْبُ الدَّعْوَاتِ
وَرَافِعُ الدَّرَجَاتِ وَ يَا قَاضِىَ الْحَاجَاتِ
وَ يَا كَافِىَ الْمُهِمَّاتِ
وَيَادَافِعَ الْبَلِيَّاتِ
وَيَاحَلَّ الْمُشْكِلَاتِ
اَغِثْنِىْ، اَغِثْنِىْ، اَغِثْنِىْ يَا إِلهِي
اِنَّكَ عَلٰى كُلِّ شَىْ ءٍ قَدِيْرٌ
اَللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلٰى سَيِّدِنَا مُحَمَّدٍ نِ النَّبِىِّ الْاُمِّىِّ وَ اٰلِهِ وَبَارِكْ وَسَلِّمْ
